09/01/2013: Frequency-Extension Modules: Agilent Technologies, Inc. and Virginia Diodes, Inc. work to address the increasing need to generate and analyze millimeter and Terahertz signals.
Agilent has announced that they will be offering a line of VDI's signal generator and spectrum analyzer frequency extension modules (SGX/SAX). These modules are available from WR15 (50-75GHz) to WR1.0 (750-1100GHz).
